[:en]BULLETIN 131: INITIAL RESOLUTION OF ANTIDUMPING ON IMPORTS OF ALUMINUM PAPER ROLLS, ORIGINATING IN THE PEOPLE´S REPUBLIC OF CHINA[:]

[:en]On August 28th, Mexican Economy Ministry published the Initial Resolution of
Antidumping on Imports of Aluminium Paper Rolls, from The People´s Republic of
China, that enter by the tariff code 7607.11.01 of the Tariff rate of the import and
export taxes of Mexico.
There is a period of 28 working days from the publication of the resolutions
(deadline October 4th), for the purpose of being part of this procedure and being
able to demostrate that the goods exported to Mexico are not within the antidumping
practices and that no compensatory duty should be imposed on the
reference product.
It is important to mention that in several procedures carried out by this firm, it has
